The penis whip is a devilish instrument. It punishes the very organ that is most prized by the male. And, it punishes that organ for its misbehavior. One would think that an intelligent human being when faced with physical discipline because an organ behaved badly would endeavor to rectify the behavior. The human male never does that. When warned by a woman to behave circumspectly, he does not. When requested to soften and become polite in a social setting, he again does not. It is as if he has no fear of retribution. Yet, the penis whip can hurt horribly. Men rarely can take more than three or four lashes before crying out for mercy. But, even then their sexual organs do not behave modestly. Much more pain and discipline are needed for that.
